Medical and Safety Resources

• Medical clearance – for full details refer to the RecWell Sport Clubs Handbook (page 7)
• Set up a MyUCBerkeleyHealth profile 
• Fill out the Sport Club Medical Clearance Portal Form
• Sign the RecWell Waiver on Cal Central
  • Head to Cal Central, then “notifications”
  • Select “RecWell Waiver” and hit “Accept”.
  • Done!
