Step into the heat and elevate your practice. This Hot Yoga class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus in a heated room (typically 90–105°F). Through a series of flowing postures and intentional breathwork, you’ll detoxify the body, improve circulation, and deepen your mind-body connection.

Expect a dynamic, full-body workout that challenges all levels—whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. The heat helps muscles warm up safely, allowing for deeper stretches and increased mobility, while also promoting sweat to support recovery and release tension.

Come prepared to move, sweat, and reset. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water, and be ready to leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more centered.

All levels are welcome. Modifications and progressions will be offered.
