    • 2 years as a youth soccer coach
    • 3 years as a soccer referee
  • Experience across many exercise disciplines including yoga, running, boxing, calisthenics, recovery, etc.

Interests

  • I am passionate about health and wellness as a means towards happiness, with a strong belief in the power of positive daily habits to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle both physically and mentally.
  • Whether I’m outdoors playing pickup soccer, surfing, or exploring new places, or indoors cooking and playing the guitar, I enjoy activities that challenge both my body and mind.

Exercise goes far beyond physical health; it is a powerful tool for empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives, whether it be in or out of the gym. With a little guidance and consistency, I am confident my clients can achieve their goals while gaining confidence and having fun along the way.
