UC Berkeley Recreation & Wellbeing gives UC Berkeley students and faculty the opportunity to explore a wide range of recreational activities. Whether it’s lifting weights at the Recreational Sports Facility (RSF), playing soccer on an intramural team, or swimming at Spieker Pool, there are activities for everyone.
Our facilities and programs feature in-person and online classes, fitness training, stress-relief, and community-oriented activities and opportunities for diverse interests and skill levels.
Most of our services are included at no additional cost (already paid for by your student registration fees), while some programs may have an additional fee for participants.
Check our schedules for open recreation and drop-in opportunities. You can drop in for a pick-up game on your own, or meet up with friends and play together.
