Recreation & Wellbeing’s Customer Service Center provides membership sales, passport services, and locker sales to the UC Berkeley community. The Customer Service Center is currently open by appointment only for locker rentals, membership assistance, and passport services.
Hours of Operation
The Customer Service Center is currently open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST), and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on an appointment-only basis.
At the start of the semester, we may have limited appointment availability. For inquiries about membership initiation or questions regarding our programs and offerings, we recommend emailing us at recwell@berkeley.edu for assistance.
Please note, the Customer Service Center and passport services will be unavailable on all UC Berkeley administrative holidays and closed on the following dates:

The Customer Service Center is located on the first floor of the Recreational Sports Facility. Our office is on the right-hand side, just past the main entrance.
