Recreation & Wellbeing’s Customer Service Center provides membership sales, passport services, and locker sales to the UC Berkeley community. The Customer Service Center is currently open by appointment only for locker rentals, membership assistance, and passport services.
Hours of Operation
The Customer Service Center is currently open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST), and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on an appointment-only basis.
Please note, the Customer Service Center and passport services will be unavailable on all UC Berkeley administrative holidays. Our office will be closed on Thursday, November 21, from 11 am to 12 pm (PST) and November 28-December 1.
