The Cal Women’s Club Water Polo Team is a nationally top-ranked team, and although we aim to remain highly competitive, the top priorities of the team are academics, camaraderie, and fun.
About
Cal Women’s Club Water Polo Team competes in the Sierra Pacific League, organized by the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA). We attend several tournaments throughout the year, both invitationals and CWPA official tournaments. Our regular season culminates in a league championship tournament and, if we win, Nationals! We practice 2-3 times a week in the Fall and 3-4 times a week in the Spring, which is our main competition season. Our club has opportunities for all levels and has both an A & B team, and we emphasize community as well as competition on our team, so whether you’re an Undergraduate or Graduate student, experienced player or brand new to the sport, please come check us out!
