In the event that you do not wish to continue your monthly membership with us, you must complete our Action Request Form no later than September 25, 2024.
- What about lockers?add
Locker rental rates will remain unchanged.
- Why aren’t student fees increasing?add
Student fees are also increasing by roughly five percent. However, those higher fees aren’t “up front” costs, but are sourced from student fees (approved by student referendums), so students will not see additional charges in their Recreation & Wellbeing billing.
- With increased fees, what benefits will I see as a result?add
Our continuing upgrades to our facility spaces and locker rooms have enhanced and increased the member experience, and these increases will help us continue to improve Recreation & Wellbeing for years to come. Recreation & Wellbeing continues to provide a high-quality experience and benefits, with multiple convenient locations and pool facilities at one great price value to the UC Berkeley community, and we are proud to have you as a member.
Specific improvements to note include:
- 128 new cardio machines at RSF and CMS
- New weight-room equipment.
