Pilates Reformer Workout Summer 2025
Small Group Pilates Reformer will consist of 3-8 participants within a class setting, 50-minute sessions. Gain total body strength, balance, and core control. New and experienced Pilates practitioners alike have plenty to love about Pilates at UC Berkeley Recreation & Wellbeing. You’ll find a range of traditional and specialty instruction to meet your fitness goals and skill level. Our trainers can help you achieve your goals. Our goal is to inspire individuals and groups to feel invigorated and motivated. We do that by creating Pilates instruction that is fun, challenging, and of course, rewarding.
Introduction Level: First time reformer users. Introduction classes will be available in the Fall Sessions.
Prerequisite for Level 1 Class: Must have taken 16 sessions previously.

- Sessions 1-11: Students $119/Faculty-Staff Eligible $139/Non-Members $169 (1x/week)
- Sessions 12-14: Students $238/Faculty-Staff Eligible $278/Non-Members $338 (2x/week)

Refunds and Cancellations
- All program withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to RecWell@berkeley.edu or through the Action Request Form.
- Refund requests received more than 3 business days before the program start date will be subject to a $25 administrative fee, deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be issued within 3 business days of the program start time or after the program has begun, no exceptions.
