Experience

  • I’ve been an athlete for 16 years, including competing at the Division I level, where I gained experience with various training styles like strength, conditioning, plyometrics, and sport-specific programs. After overcoming injuries, I’ve also developed a strong focus on rehab, mobility, and building a solid foundation to stay active. Now that I’m out of competitive sports, maintaining a healthy, active body has become my priority, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve the same in their own lives.

Interests

  • As a medically retired college athlete, I’m passionate about staying active and challenging myself both physically and mentally. I focus on training and nutrition as tools to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle that’s both achievable and rewarding. Outside the gym, I love exploring coffee shops, reading, cooking, and traveling.

Personal Philosophy

  • Starting a fitness journey can be tough and even a little scary, but with the right support, it can be very rewarding. I want to create a positive, welcoming space where anyone—no matter their fitness level or background—can work toward their goals. Being active isn’t just about physical health; it’s about building confidence, resilience, and finding a supportive community. I want to help people feel good in their bodies but also confident, capable, and empowered in all areas of life.
