We offer virtual live classes via Zoom, Mondays-Fridays, for UC Berkeley staff, faculty, and student employees.

How to register:
- To register for a class, please select the registration link for your desired class on our WorkFit Live Zoom Classes Schedule (PDF)
- Once you register, Zoom will send you a confirmation email with a personal link that will take you directly to that specific class. Save this link to your calendar.
- Once it’s time for the class to begin, go to the link provided. No login is required!
