Rest easy knowing that you have some extra time to get through traffic, finish a few errands, or pick up dinner before you pick up your camper(s).
Camps are sorted by the facility. Did you know? Early Morning Extended Care is included when you register for a camp.
Late Policy
If campers are not picked up by the end of the camp day, the following late policy will apply:
- First 15 Minutes: Grace Period
- One-Day Extended Care Drop-In Session: If your child is not picked up within 15 minutes of the camp day concluding, they will be checked into Afternoon Extended Care and automatically enrolled in a One-Day Afternoon Extended Care Drop-In Session at a cost of $25. This charge will be automatically added to your CampDoc account.
- Subsequent Instances: Once a second instance occurs, you will be automatically charged for the entirety of your child’s enrolled camp session of Afternoon Extended Care.
- After 6:00 PM: A flat fee of $5 per minute per child will be added for late pickups past 6:00 PM.
Please communicate with the camp office if you anticipate being late. Timely communication helps reduce stress for both campers and staff.
