Intro to Basketball (Co-Ed)

Intro to Basketball is the perfect program for participants who are new to the sport, have limited experience, or are eager to build fundamental skills. Our coaches create a welcoming environment where young athletes can thrive. Through a blend of engaging drills and games, participants will learn essential basketball techniques including dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, and defense. Each session is designed to enhance individual skills while cultivating a genuine love for the game. Unleash your potential and take the first step toward becoming a basketball star!

Intermediate Basketball (Co-Ed)

Intermediate Basketball is designed to help young players with some court experience build on their skills and elevate their game. Our focus includes refining techniques in dribbling, passing, shooting form, layups, jump shots, and rebounding. We also work on footwork, defensive strategies, conditioning, and developing a strong basketball IQ to boost game awareness. Players will strengthen their teamwork skills while maintaining a fun, positive competitive spirit. This program is perfect for those with a solid foundation looking to step up their game for travel, school, or AAU competition. Our coaches use a structured rubric to ensure each player gets the feedback they need to succeed at the intermediate level.

Program Schedule

Each session is six weeks long, with two practices per week (one on a weekday and one on a Saturday). Offered year-round, the program offers flexibility so that you can sign up for as many six-week sessions as you like and continue to develop your basketball skills at your own pace.

Program registration takes place in the fall, winter, spring, and summer. The Register button will take you to our CampDoc registration portal, where you can view availability and options.
