Berkeley Youth Recreation offers Parent/Infant (6 months – 3 years) and Tiny Tot (ages 3-5) classes that cater to young children of all swim levels.
Parent/Infant – Fall 2024
For children of 6 months to 3 years of age, this class requires a parent to accompany their child in the water. Emphasis is on water adjustment, pool exploration, and introduction to swimming and safety skills. Restrictions: An adult must accompany the child in the water. Fall Afternoon classes are offered in September 2024. (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday)

Tiny Tots – Fall 2024
Classes are designed to cater to all swim levels in the age group of 3-5 years. Swimmers are grouped depending on their skill and experience. Restrictions: Parents do not accompany the child in the water with this class. Fall Afternoon classes are offered in September 2024. (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday)
