Interests

I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their specific goals by selecting the right exercises and dosage. I work with a mix of clients managing or improving chronic health conditions and athletes seeking to enhance their sports performance. When I’m not training others (which I do often in my free time), you can find me playing video games at home, reading a book at a café, or practicing Taekwondo with my friends.

Training Philosophy

I like to pick the simple yet effective exercises and help you master them. The most effective exercises are the ones you enjoy the most and stick to for the long term. With my strong background in kinesiology and exercise physiology, the programs I create are founded on science and research based evidence.
